Technology in the Classroom
Our academy belongs to St. Theresa School- a Renaissance Learning Lighthouse Candidate School and have benefited greatly by its presence in our school.
Our students are fortunate to have technology resources available to them in both of our academy preschool classrooms. We were blessed to receive technology resources that have changed the way we learn together with the use of Web 2.0 tools. The S.T.E.L.A. preschool program uses a variety of interactive media to engage our students and enhance our everyday curriculum. It is with regard to our commitment to providing hands-on and authentic experiences that we reference the National Association for the Education of Young Children's postion on Technology and Interactive Media.

Software Programs
Our students have access to a variety of interactive learning games that are downloaded onto our classroom chromebooks. The children can build their skills in literacy, math, science, art, and more independently or socially.
Scholastic BookFlix
Our program has access to Scholastic's BookFlix, an online literacy resource that is an engaging way to link fact and fiction. BookFlix reinforces early reading skills and introduces children to a world of knowledge and exploration.
